What we do

Our Mission. To unite the cardiovascular health community, with patients and carers working alongside other stakeholders as partners in decision-making, to champion policies and actions that prevent cardiovascular disease, improve care and support, reduce inequalities and deliver better outcomes for everyone in Europe. 

Through advocacy and collaboration we engage policymakers, facilitate cooperation and support collective action across Europe. Together, we work to accelerate progress on prevention, early detection, equitable access to care, research and innovation, while supporting national organisations in their efforts to advance cardiovascular health policies and plans.
